Our fees range from flat fees for vacant units to a percentage for occupied buildings.
For multi-family buildings containing up to 60 units -
Fully occupied buildings with 70% or better collection rate: 8% of rents collected.
Fully occupied Buildings with 60% to 69% collection rate: 10% of rents collected.
For a building with a less than 60% rent collection rate: $100 per unit the first month, then $50 per unit per month thereafter.
For single family homes: $200 per month for the first six months, $100 each month thereafter.
For vacant land: $200 per month for the first six months, $100 each month thereafter.
For building with 60+ units and other types of properties, please request a quote.
